What is Covered

All DYLARAS jewelry is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Broken clasps or closures under normal wear
  • Loose prong settings
  • Defects in metalwork or finishing

What is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents, or damage caused by accidents
  • Damage caused by improper care or exposure to chemicals
  • Loss or theft of stones after delivery
  • Resizing or repairs performed by a third party

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Include clear photos of the defect.
