LATIDO Collection — Everyday Jewelry

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery date
  • Refund: Full refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, in original packaging
  • Return shipping: Customer's responsibility

ALMA Collection — Certified Fine Jewelry

  • Days 1–15 from delivery: Full refund to original payment method
  • Days 16–30 from delivery: Store credit only (no cash refund)
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, with original GIA/IGI certificate and packaging
  • Return shipping: Customer's responsibility

ALMA Collection — Certified Diamonds

  • Must be reported within 7 days of delivery for full refund
  • After 7 days: No refund or exchange on certified diamonds
  • Reason: Certified diamonds are subject to strict supplier return timelines
  • Condition: Diamond must be in original condition with GIA/IGI report intact

Not eligible for return (all collections):

  • Personalized or engraved pieces
  • Items marked as Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Items returned without original packaging or certification documents
  • Certified diamonds after 7 days of delivery

Manufacturing Defects — 30-Day Warranty If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will provide a full replacement or refund. DYLARAS covers return shipping for defective items.

How to initiate a return: Email returns@dylarasjewelry.com or contact us via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
