Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (orders under $75): $6.99 · 2–5 business days Free Standard Shipping (orders $75+): FREE · 2–5 business days Express Shipping: $14.99 · 2 business days ALMA Collection: Shipping insurance included at no additional cost on all orders
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days Monday–Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Insurance All ALMA Collection orders include shipping insurance at no additional cost. For LATIDO orders, we recommend selecting Express Shipping for added security on higher-value pieces.
Delivery Issues DYLARAS is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off for delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- Reach out to us at hello@dylarasjewelry.com and we will assist where possible
Packaging All orders ship in signature DYLARAS packaging. ALMA Collection orders include the GIA or IGI certification document inside the package.
