1. About DYLARAS DYLARAS Jewelry & Co. LLC is a fine jewelry retailer registered in the State of Tennessee, United States. We offer two curated collections: LATIDO (everyday fine jewelry) and ALMA (certified fine jewelry). All products ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Eligibility By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into contracts, and a US resident.

3. Products & Pricing All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. ALMA collection diamonds include GIA or IGI certification provided at time of purchase. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the customer promptly.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order you authorize DYLARAS to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna. Pay-in-4 installments available on orders from $35 to $2,000, subject to provider approval.

5. Shipping

  • Orders under $75: Standard shipping $6.99 · 2–5 business days
  • Orders $75+: Free standard shipping
  • Express shipping: $14.99 · 2 business days
  • ALMA Collection: Shipping insurance included at no additional cost

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details. Summary:

  • LATIDO: 30 days from delivery · Full refund
  • ALMA days 1–15: Full refund to original payment method
  • ALMA days 16–30: Store credit only
  • Certified diamonds: 10 days for full refund
  • Warranty: 30 days against manufacturing defects

7. Exchanges Exchanges accepted within the same return windows, subject to availability. Customer pays return shipping. DYLARAS covers standard shipping for the replacement item.

8. Warranty 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from delivery date for both LATIDO and ALMA collections. Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, or theft.

9. Intellectual Property All content on our website — including the DYLARAS name, logo, photography, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of DYLARAS Jewelry & Co. LLC and is protected under US copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability DYLARAS Jewelry & Co. maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Knox County, Tennessee.

12. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
